Payment, cancellation and refund terms
These terms describe the intended process for the fixed mini-project checkout. The final written quote or order confirmation must identify your exact scope and must not conflict with mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.
1. Packages and scope
Checkout covers one of the clearly named packages: Focused task ($79), Core mini-build ($149), or Mini-project ($249), before any accepted discount, applicable tax, or provider/bank fee. These are not unlimited development plans. Work begins only after the deliverables, exclusions, handover format and expected timing are confirmed in writing.
2. Currency and total
The on-page non-USD price is an indicative reference-rate estimate. The amount and currency shown by the hosted checkout immediately before payment are the amount to review. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction fees. Any tax that must be charged should be shown before payment.
3. Offers
Discount codes are limited by country and dates. Only one code applies per checkout, and the server validates the code again before creating a link. A preview is not a promise that a code is active or valid for your country.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Before paying, agree in writing on the scope and cancellation/refund terms for your order. If you need to cancel, contact 7helix using the Contact page and include your payment reference. Any refund decision will consider work already delivered or started, the written order terms, the payment provider's processing rules and applicable law. This page does not remove any non-waivable consumer rights. Do not pay if the terms for your specific order have not been agreed.
5. Payment confirmation
Payment is considered confirmed only after the payment provider notifies the server and the server verifies the signed notification. A redirect back to the website is not proof of payment. Do not submit your card number, CVV or banking password to 7helix.
