Contact form

When you send a project enquiry, the website stores the name, email address, project type, budget range, message, and submission time in a private database outside the public website files. If outbound email is configured, the site also sends a notification to the website owner. If email delivery is unavailable, the message remains in the private owner inbox at /admin.

Contact requests are automatically deleted after 365 days. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive information in a project brief.

Newsletter

Entering an email address does not subscribe it immediately. The site sends a confirmation link, and the address is only added to the confirmed list after that link is opened. Every confirmation email contains an unsubscribe link. Pending, unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days. Unsubscription changes the record's status so it is no longer a confirmed subscriber.

Newsletter signup is disabled when the website's email service is not configured, rather than pretending that a signup succeeded.

Preferences and currency rates

The website may store your selected language and display currency in your browser's local storage so those preferences can be remembered on your device. Currency conversions are indicative reference values obtained by the website server from Frankfurter's public exchange-rate API, not a payment quote or a guarantee of the amount charged.

Payments

If you use the mini-project checkout, the site collects your name, email address, selected package, country, currency, any offer code, and optional project reference, and stores a payment record on the server. You are then sent to the payment provider's hosted checkout (Razorpay), where card or bank details are entered. This website never receives or stores card numbers, CVV codes, or banking passwords. A payment is marked as paid only after the provider's signed notification is verified. Payment records may be kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes.

Analytics, logs, and service providers

This project does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics by default. Pages load the Inter and Instrument Serif fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and standard request data to Google when a page loads. The hosting provider may process standard technical logs needed to operate and protect the service. If email sending is enabled, the configured SMTP provider processes the email addresses and message content needed to deliver mail.

Your choices

You can decline to use the forms and contact the site owner by email instead. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a contact message or newsletter record by emailing 07.shivaa@gmail.com. Identity may need to be reasonably verified before a record is disclosed or changed.
